Our first harvest release is a single hop variety, Centennial that is grown locally in Bembooka by our mates Ryefield Hops.
The pale ale base for this beer is light in colour and body, with a crisp, clean malt profile. The grapefruit and citrus notes shine through along with the wet hops unique herbal and earthy flavour to bring a refreshing balance.
